就让我签了好多文件. 后来才发现签了 Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer
Agreement.文件上要求抽3.5 %佣金, 没写返还 0.8%. 同时说如果取消该合同
,120天内如用其他中介买房,还要付 Home Selling Assistance Realty 佣金. 当时像
吃了一只苍蝇,非常气愤. 经和她本人和她经纪公司交涉去除120天限制(原因是佣金不
符, 合同没有解释,没得我太太同意,代她签字),
无果。
现准备找 Maryland Real Estate Commission.

house for 6 months after you signed that agreement, that agreement will
automatically expired.
By the way, 0.8% cash back was way too low in DC area. In DC area, if seller
promised 3% commission to buyer agents, some agents could give your cash
back 2%. If it is 2.5% to buyer agents, the cash back can be 1.5%. Most of
chinese agent will give 1% cash back.
