3.25% with lender fee $1,143.75
3.375% with lender fee $41.25
3.75%: no lender fee, lender also give you additional $2,872.50 toward to
other costs.
loan amount: 310k, 绿卡。我的credit score被一个collection影响，只有690左右，
最近payoff了一个车，应该能勉强上700.

直接pass了，不过15年降到3%，所以估计5年可能也会降。在pa。。。 |
