原来和我说 closing cost 大概在4000刀 现在一下子 涨到1万刀了。。。

至于谁付,合同里规定—清二楚。若没有说清楚,应该是agent疏失。
在南加,transfer tax and owner title insurance 应该卖家付,by default.

fee should not be mixed into it. Taxes and government fee looks to me too
much. The seller pays the transfer tax/stamp fee by convention at
Massachusetts so the government fee is typically a few hundreds here, which
mainly includes the deed registration, mortgage lien recording.

c*****4 发帖数: 900 | 8 这里面无论是找哪一家lender做,除了application fee,broker fee,underwriting
fee,appraisal和credit report fee之外的fee都是非lender的费用。关键看你拿到的
利率是多少。可以问问看lender如果这些费用都没有的话可以拿到多少利率。
