The source of airborne mold elevation on the second level seems a little bit
more difficult to track down. Gutter flashing on the front of the home, to
the left of the front door entrance, appears to have been damaged. This
issue is likely the cause of water staining found on the ceiling in the main
level bedroom, and may have contributed to mold growth inside the wall
cavity on the second level. Another possible source of mold contamination of
the second level may be coming from the laundry room. Evidence suggests
that the wall below the water connections for the washing machine has been
recently repaired. Water leaks in this area are not uncommon. I also found
that the drain coming from the overflow drain pan in the laundry room was
not connected to the drain pipe. This could also be a source of water

这个MOLD就很厉害了，如果是老房子的，我是不会要的，
如果就是地下室有点味，室内没味，房子位置又不在低洼阴凉

的房子。
The air samples we collected from the main level bedroom and basement do not
indicate an airborne mold issue. However, we do see slight elevations of
airborne mold in the garage air sample and the two air samples collected
from the second level of the home. Evidence suggests that the elevation
detected in the garage sample is likely due to poor air exchange and lack of
conditioned air. The source of airborne mold elevation on the second level
seems a little bit more difficult to track down. Gutter flashing on the
front of the home, to the left of the front door entrance, appears to have
been damaged. This issue is likely the cause of water staining found on the
ceiling in the main level bedroom, and may have contributed to mold growth
inside the wall cavity on the second level. Another possible source of mold
contamination of the second level may be coming from the laundry room.
Evidence suggests that the wall below the water connections for the washing

source of water intrusion. Visual inspection of the crawlspace found a
little bit of suspected mold growth on floor joists, but nothing I would
consider abnormal. Active drips were noted on multiple areas of the HVAC
condensate lines running through the crawlspace. The drips are likely
