screw you, here is a case, don't cry like a baby, then I should be happy and say thx?
they should at least have the guts to say they screw up and we are sorry, we
will fix it from the source, not some ugly case or some software upgrades.

Steve: You know we hear from customers who love this phone and have a great
experience with it, and we're doing a lot to help them with any issues they'
re seeing. To investors, you know, you invest in the company we are, so if
the stock goes down $5... I don't think I owe them an apology.
Now both customers and investors are angry...

发帖数: 7375 | 21 I don't think it's a defect product. It is a design issue and it doesn't
affect anything in most of cases. If apple recall it, I'd say apple is doing
a good thing for its customer. If not, it should be acceptable because at
least Apple fixes the problem by giving out the free case.
BTW, I'm NOT an apple fan and I don't have any apple products. I don't have
any plan to buy an iPhone in the near future.
