website for you to searcg Tax information by address, which should be open
to public.
For permit, you probably need to submit a request at the township office.

发帖数: 83 | 4 thanks, I did find places in county's website telling info like assessment
value, square feet etc, but there is no more details like Montgomery or
Delaware county gives such as # of rooms or even basic floorplan sketches.
Zillow does show # of rooms so that info must be public, just I can't find
it anywhere on county's website.
Re permit - I'm interested in finding existing permit for the house on sale
- sometimes they didn't apply for permit but did the work anyway, which may
bring trouble for future owner.

have that info somewhere but I couldn't find it.
