有阻碍吧。 |

发帖数: 382 | 4 NIH的可以waive, 但是比学校多了sponsor view一个步骤，就是还要NIH同意才可以。
NIH内部还有仔细的条例关于什么条件下可以waive。 你最好先问问NIST内部有没别的
条例。
