Common mental health problems for our resident aliens (both students and
working people) are usually:
- depression disorder, and
- bipolar disorder (manic/depression disorder)
To maintain good mental health, please do take good care of youself. Eat,
drink, sleep and workout, everyday. Don't let study or work stress you out.
