Not so difficult bah. My wife changed her visa at the beginning of
this year. When she is admitted by a university, the international
student advisor prepared all the materials for her and even put
everthing in a package. She just mailed the package and waited 2
months before the new visa mailed back from INS. | b*******r

The Univ.'s INS can do it for you. Usually it will take 2-3 months,

Sure you can ask the ISO to transfer the visa for you. But it
would take several months to complete the project. During this
time, the F2/F1 cannot receive any financial aid from school. |
