，不知可靠否？轮椅服务会帮忙从C送到Ａ嘛？

不是bus，我刚走的那，是火车
出了gate看着指着A口的箭头一路小跑就是了
我当时是从A到C，才35min转机时间

offices, one for admission (the exit will lead to unsecured domestic arrival
area), the other is transit (exit allows recheck baggages and own security
check area)
if the smaller transit CBP is open, the line is not long and 1.5 hours
should be fine. But because you arrive at 10pm, it is possible the transit
CBP is closed and you have to use the big hall with all the entering/
admitting passengers, that's a long line at CBP, and then use the domestic
TSA check points with all the domestic passeangers, in that case you
probably will miss the connection. |

IAD at 7:55pm if on time. And their scheduled departure flight from IAD is 9
:57pm. They only have carry on, no check in bags. Do you think they can make
it? Is the other custom admission site still open? Thanks again in advance

the train to any terminal.

but not transit, and they will be bus-ed to the big CBP hall near the
outside terminal(next to road traffic, parking lots, bus stops,...) But
for transit, you can walk(or be bused, depending on whether UA 777 docks in
terminal C already) and wait in line with transit passengers, the exit of
that smaller CBP will place you in terminal C. You can take the train if
your connection is in another terminal.

exit to the domestic baggage claim area, go upstairs and pass the TSA check
