For the first time I'm riding a bike on the mountain trails, and it's just
awesome. I have probably biked a little too much in the past few days, and
my knees are gonna get worn out so I have to take a break for now. Yesterday
I went for a swim, and man, I felt the altitude more than ever. I felt a
