the flu shot can feel worse than the flu (no kidding!), at least
temporarily. If the race is important to you then you should skip the
shot. I wouldn't take it if I were you.

time. I used to skip all the flu shots over the years, but I signed up this
time out of swine flu fear. It's wise to play it safe. Thanks. |

flu shots this year, one for regular and another one for swine. The swine one is
not ready yet.
