learned the running basics/skills especially from Whx,marks,julianzhong. I
got inspired by all of you!
Training: I started running since Oct 2008, I never ran before and yet
played soccer once a week for few years.I started run 10-18miles long runs
since last July and did 3-4 17-18mi long total and ran a HM on October 31,
2009. It was 1:32:00.I got Archiles Tendonitis since May. It bothered me
some and all the whole summer I |
