I think the weather is around 35F. On the way when I jogged to the course,
one friend I met asked me "is it cold?". I said "No, not at all" but my
hands are frozen... So you can see I am really excited with race.
This is my first 5K. I have done several tempo runs in the past 2 weeks.
This week I only run on Monday but ate a lot. So it is the time to pay back
for all those sweets! |

In fact I was very surprised after knowing the VDOT of this pace-:)
I do not know how to transform this VDOT to a Marathon performance.
Maybe just should follow a Advanced Marathon plan?

per year would be excellent

a couple of 55mpw plan or even 70mpw plan will take you there.
