下，我们一起跑了2mile,然后我折返，blogrance继续向前。没想到，我一步不停地跑
了4mile，感觉很好。然后参加校友会活动，到现在才回家。在校友会上遇到和

7 runners showed up! hehe, that's fun to run with fellow runners. Cole,
Winndixie, ekiden, LaoNiuGe, baff, Jimh and me.
after about 3/4 mile warm up run, everyone is there, so we start our
adventure to the loop we originally planned to run. The trail is soft and
nice, but one big problem is too many bugs along the trail and part of the
trails smells really bad. it seems not many runners running on these trails.
I believe everybody ate some of these free protein-ri |

was a really nice one. Can't believe I also finished the loop, as I haven't
run this distance for years. Thanks ANiuGe and Jim for running with my pace.
Your words did encourage me and keep me up a lot! I enjoyed the group run!

Aniu decided the protein he got from the bugs was not enough,
