I noticed that hammer gel (except the espresso flavor) does not have
caffeine, whereas most GU gels have
caffeine. I suppose GU gel is still better for the marathon from this
perspective. In my last marathon I only ate
hammer and didn't use 2 GU gels in my pocket. Maybe I'll mix hammer and GU
next time. |

或者说，应该养成long run中间不补水补能量的好习惯？ |

hot conditions, in which case I may take gels to balance my electrolyte. It'
s not for the energy. The gels are
primarily for marathon races.

"increases endurance during exercise" is pretty ambiguous isn't it? surely it will improve your endurance
DURING the exercise, but is it going to IMPROVE your endurance?

每个迈的时候305会告诉你上个迈你跑的平均pace..
