不过接下来要花很多时间准备考试,既要多跑,还得慢跑,总觉得太花时间!

mileage, 我个人觉得如果我保持 130-135的心跳,从50MPW一口气加到90MPW完全没有
问题,当然我不会真这么做。 |

LHR training的目标是训练身体利用能量的方式,控制身体在有氧运动区域更加有效的
运用能量,carb + fat,只有这样,才能有效增加耐力。
如果增加速度,心跳必然超过之前LHR training设定的上限,为了更快的得到能量,不
可避免就会在无氧区域,牺牲效率,满足速度。
我猜测身体对于能量利用的方式是有一定的偏好性的,当增加fast workout,身体会更
加适应无氧的方式,而削弱LHR training的效果。
Running ahead里面甚至提到减少举重的练习,因为举重是无氧运动,而且还要求在所
有的运动过程中,心跳都必须限制在LHR training的设定值。
