请问这个MAF mile和5k racing time对照表上的MAF Pace是指的MAF test
整体的平均pace还是第五迈的pace? 不过无论是哪一个,我的数据都溢出的厉害。

Also when you try to find the corresponding 5K time you use the pace of the
first mile after warm-up. Generally when you just started LHR training your
aerobic capability is probably very poor. At that time the 5K time won't be
accurate. After a couple of months training they will start to converge.

MAF只相当于我最高心律的71%,如果MAF pace能跑到9分钟,估计5k早就sub 20了。
