得可以。 但从没跑过13mile这么远的。 你这么一说，把我给吓倒了， 呜呜。

发帖数: 759 | 11 真猛啊。我一般在家附近的trail上。 有时候也在treadmill。喜欢去trail, 因为能完
成想好的迈数，treadmill对我来说像坐牢似的。

我平时去gym或在我们的neighborhood跑。 周末可以去Lake Needwood， 那边有hiking
/biking trail. 也是上上下下的，还有树荫，蛮不错的。

需要循序渐
进。

had a great experience. trained myself 6 weeks before the event.
(normally all the training plan is 8 week)
Marathon course is even better by passing Fort McHenry
My plan is to run all these nearby city half marathon in the
next few years. twice a year maximum.
2009 Oct Baltimore
2011 Mar Washington DC
Richmond, Virginia Beach, Ocean City...

W&OD trail in VA is even better with half mile post. that was where I go
for training right before the racing events. Most of other time i use
treadmill.
