豹子这种短距高速的高手能追到， 人怎么可能追到。。。

我一起跑的老头们。很多还是跑1小时多没问题。very slow pace though

africa, lived with the bushmen, and
did it. it's tricky. first of all, you have to do it on the open field. in
the mountains or woods you'd have no
chance. the antelope may try to hide in the bushes and you need to chase it
out of the bushes. also, it takes
team work and experience. if you lose the sight of the antelope, you may
still try to track its footprints.

where the antelope went. Especially, the

However these very experienced

will take a long time, but human
are such amazing endurance athletes that they can do it. Have you ever tried
to run down a puppy? They sprint
very fast but they will get tired in a matter of minutes and cannot run any
more.

make a little sprint to chase the
antelope out of the bushes. when one person gets tired, he passes his water
to the ones remaining in the
chase.

cycle per stride, because when they
run their internal organs slam against the lungs and compress the lungs to
let the air out. while we cannot
sprint that fast, we can do 4-4 breathing in an easy run and they cannot.:)
