湾区Amazon senior SDE offer
Phd+8year work
135base + 30/35signon(2year) + 580unit RSU(4year)
感觉base太寒碜。有什么好策略negotiate吗？目前只有另一中部offer(base+bonus)算
上地域差别折合湾区180.用cnn living cost calculator算的 |
