如果只考虑Base, 45% DTI只有11.5K, 只余下3.4K,应该是不够的。因此需要能
qualify bonus and/or RSU.
准备看800-900K TH,Down payment up to 50%,但是能贷多少就贷多少,外加至少
350K reserve(2 years).
