escrow fee $1045
simplifile $4.4
King County recording fees $108.5
HOA buyer movein fee $100
HOA buyer transfer fee $150
HOA 2 month prepaid $874
本来statement上还有 mortage fee 和 notary fee, 被我质疑之后去掉了，觉得这家
title company不厚道。
我觉得这个escrow fee是不是有猫腻?可以argue一下? | A******y
