方表示虽然该公司的独立审计事务所是Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd.，但并非
被美国证交易会（SEC）所起诉的德勤中国客户之一。（i美股注：此前有消息称，SEC
在起诉5大会计师事务所的同事，也起诉了德勤的客户。）

BEIJING, Dec. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- New Oriental Education and Technology
Group Inc. (the "Company" or "New Oriental") (NYSE: EDU) is the largest
provider of private educational services in China. In view of the continued
market activity in the Company's ADS, New Oriental would like to clarify
that even though the Company's independent auditor is Deloitte Touche
Tohmatsu CPA Ltd., the Company is not the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu client
referred to by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in its
proceedings initiated against the five accounting firms in China. | q**t

SEC的原文就说的客户G为上海德勤的客户，调查时间也和新东方完全对不上。
不过这个新东方的投资关系部真是自己打自己脸，
下午1点说公司policy 就是不comment， 现在又跳出来声明。 |
