用双手扶拍,左手推拍,帮助转体,转体充分。
引拍完成后,右腿屈膝非常完整,动力澎湃。
引拍的时候,你采用的是开书本式。整个拍子从引拍到击球这个过程是一个开口向上的
C。而不是现在比较流行的反C。所以你的引拍到击球之间是不连贯的。当引拍到最高点
的时候有一个停顿:加速向后引拍---完全停止---再加速
击球瞬间身体后仰。身体重心转换的力量浪费了少许在向上而不是向前。
击球完成后,重心转换不坚决。有可能是左腿受伤的缘故。你的重心更准确的说是从右
脚转到了两腿之间(看到此处想的比较多的,拉出去打),而不是左腿。这也影响了你的
随挥。你的随挥显的生硬,拍子像被自己硬生生的拉住了,不让它再往左边走,重心也
是生生的被拉住不往左边去。 |

If you want to improve a little, you may try try these IMHO:
1. balance. Your head need to be stable: if you want to bend down your
upper body, try to go forward instead of side.
2. swing. You may try to relax more on contact point and follow thru to get
a whipping racket head; more or less, try to let it go instead of pull it
back before it is finished.
3. footwork. Keep yourself bouncing and use small step may be a better
workout, and give you a b

IMO I think he chose to bounce twice at the right moments.
To train the right form, it's OK to bounce twice;
to train stamina/defense/footwork, it's not OK to bounce twice.

From that far behind baseline, hitting 20 times without making an error
using a K90 is amazing. I usually get tired already after 7-8 times using
a low power racket.
And I always think your backhand is an even stronger side, hehe.

如果打完后右腿能跟上一步,对你解决随挥僵硬和重心转移不充分会有帮助。
另外觉得你打球时腰弯得太低,不知道有什么不好,只是没有看到过哪个pro是这么弯
着腰打球的。

this video of my friend was taken in the weekend after our usta match. we
played some more because both our matches finished too quickly;) I like
how he hits the ball at around the peak from both wings. If he waited ball
to drop, he will be pushed several feet behind the baseline:(

些,这样球可以更aggressive。

"有可能是左腿受伤的缘故", not because of this. I guess the reason is hitting
with mall not only short the swing, but also make my follow through short.
need to correct it.

打上升点。
打墙可以自己掌握节奏。球在地上多弹一次无所谓。重要的是把动作做到位。
我打墙都是用50%的力。

m*****r 发帖数: 3822 | 32 可以这样,不要给手臂任何stress,自然下垂,保持腿部和腰的动作甩臂。
在完全自然情况下,手臂肯定乱甩的,然后逐步把手臂伸展到真实打球的状态,
重点是用最小的力。你会发现当你只用腰腿发力的时候其实拍头速度更快了。
你唯一需要做的是用很小手臂力量来控制住拍面而已,按照你的水平应该不是很难。
