就是击球的时候是你们说的蹦蹦跳跳的打球,哈哈
这个如何解决呢?感觉好像是对球的落点判断不准导致的。
请有经验的朋友指正

Sure but when we are not pro at least not yet, so we should try to keep both
feet on the ground most of time... for most of us at least.

you sure when you hit a forehand and backhand both feet are on the ground? I
wouldn't call it jump but at least one foot is off the ground to facilitate
the rotation and weight transfer. maybe it is different from what the op is
asking for.
if you plant both feet on the ground i think it easier to get hurt because
you are not letting the body naturally do its work.

both

稳稳地loading,击球时exploding

You are talking about follow through. When you about to hit the ball I would
suggest try to keep both feet on the ground and nothing moves but your
racquet. If you lift up you feet or turn etc, most likely you're
compensating your stroke due to improper spacing or timing.
It's a tricky thing... say for me on 2hbh if I tell myself to "not" to move
and "dont" use the core, I can hit some nice bh. But from an observer point
of view, I used my core properly.
Tennis is progressive. Watching a pro do things is like watching a finish
product at work, a finished product with "beautiful gene" (lol copied from
keis coach)

there is no way i can load and turn with one foot lol.
may be i should do more 'kaogu' to see why you give yourself a hint not to
use the core for 2hbh? maybe you are trying to hint your self not to
overrotate in 2hbh?
look at the fed inside out forehand that is a thing of beauty and a main
reason is he is letting his body go freely

would

Letting body go freely does not go against my point. I too advocate relax
and swing ffreely. Before you let you body go freely, make sure you have
the proper balance, spacing and timing. You said yourself it's hard for you
to have the proper timing and spacing because balls is moving and yourself
is moving or rotating. Keeping both feet on the ground will help you from
extra movement.
Yes federer s style is a thing of beauty. But his style requires enormous
amounts of precision and anticipation. Jumping hopping or 1 foot in the air
makes keeping balance alot more difficult.

主要是准备的时候,中心不够低,比如膝盖不够曲
