现在初步在看 Lauderdale dr. and Glen allen area, found two schools on the
web -short pump elementry and Colonial trial elementary.
大家觉得哪个更好，或者还有哪个区不错 |

to be the most safe and good area to leave, especially when you have
children.
There are some area in far south of Richmond also have relatively good
school. But the traffic is bad since you have to pay toll each time when
drive to Richmond. I suggest you check your work location to determine where
you should leave. No good area in East. North is OK. The same house in far
south area will be 100k cheaper than West End, I

then what about Glen allen,
which of the two is better, the one time I went there, seems like Glen allen
is newer.
do you know if both of the areas have good #'s of Chinese population, I'm
kind of worry about red necks.

than those in the west end. The house price is also cheaper
at Midlothian. Anyway, it really depends on your work location.
If you are going to C1, maybe Gouchland is also a good choice.

starts from around Exit 183&185 on I-64.

short pump好像short pump小学还可以，midlothian有 Watkins和 Bettie Weaver.不
知道哪个学校好一些？
过几个月就要过去了，不知道richmond这个地方安全不安全。

最近一次schooldigger上排名

nuckols farm 27
twin hickory 55
colonial trail因为比较新,还没上榜
rivers edge 140
不过小学排名变化很大,尤其是这个按照通过率来排的
我的理解是前50(VA有1050所小学)都可以考虑,
稳定在前10/20的应该就是非常好的公立学校了
上年的排名:
short pump 1
shady grove 6
nuckols farm 10
twin hickory 19
rivers edge 139
另外一个可以作为参考的是governor's award for educational excellence
这个算是VA州内最高奖项了
colonial trail/shady grove/short pump/nuckols farm/rivers edge有
twin hickory拿了低一等的board of education excellence

这几天在网上看房子看得头大，看来远程买房实在是难。主要是不知道那一片地方比较
