Northeast Virginia led the nation in income as it was home to four of the
top 10 earning cities. Local officials attribute the high ranking to
excellent education levels and easy access to the DC Metro area, according

NOVA is always on the top of the list for recent 5 yrs. MC and HC in maryland are also on the top of the spot.
Both NOVA and MC have excellent schools with high income. | m***T

个是什么地方。 具体的就是要像当年建设Chinatown一样。 那些低收入怎么办呢？MC
和PG接下来。 不知道这个是不是属实。 真要是这样， 首先受影响的就是
gaithersburg，包括North Potomac， Potomac还好了， 毕竟离的远一些。
因为找房子的原因， HC我还是做了一些研究的， 这里的房价不是很确定会涨很多，
原因呢， 附近工作机会不多，还有这里的conforming loan 上限是590k，PG, MC， FC
都是790k。 还有， 那里的公共交通，除了columbia city downtown 那里， 其他地方
还不是很方便。 这里的高中就只有两所好学校：centennial high 还有Riverhill

看的是郡的family median income，比个别富人区面积大多了。
要看富的，google "most expensive zip code"，加州的就全部出来了，DC周围这些根

就是论更小单位，most expensive zip code，全美前50，只有MD的一个小地方上榜。
