我知道 2。5M IS NOTHING AMONTH ADVANCED/ELITE JUMPERS。
你要是能提高 20CM, JUMP 2.9M,再牛逼口气不迟.
这玩艺跟身高体重, 亦即是否经从事常跑跳的运到关系很大.
getting old, no longer run& jump much. recently do sq&dl, use broad jump as explosive alternate.
used to play a lot of basketball during graduate school, ran faster and jumped higher than present. body weight was ligher. but didn't measure broad jump then.

tried measured it again on the curb near home driveway yesterday.
initially could not get over 2.5m. after a while, figured out that a good
technique is that you raise your hands high above your head before jump. use
hand swing to help load energy.
shoes makes a lot of difference. at beginning, i wear ASCIS running shoe
which is kind of loose. Then changed to "new balance" shoes which fit my
feet firm and tight, easy over 2.52m. I was wonder

v*****r 发帖数: 2325 | 6 有半个月没有去GYM了,最近 发现门口的环境其实可以做一个所谓的 JUNGLE GYM
1)the road ----very little traffic, used for running, warm up, sprint
2)stairs from the road side curb to tennis court ----
在台阶上往上跳, 着地非常SOFT, EASY ON KNEE. 在台阶头往下做付卧撑, 加上调整手的位置, 我觉得可以获得单 手80 - 120+磅的RESISTANCE。
3)curb --- 测或练立定跳. rotation jump
4)a large flat grass area next to the tennis court --- 变速跑, 变线跑,
running on grass seems easy on knee
5) several big trees in the grass area --- use the low hang brances for chin
up, or hanging leg raise |
