Sorry that Lansdord and J were waiting for my answers. Sorry again but
I didn't read clearly of what the questions were. Anyway I had no
intention to participate on this thread so I was not careful in
reading the details...
I can offer some personally experience and some readings that were
useful to me during my practice here though.
