行政方面的原因。现有contract提前终止，agent让我又签了一个contract amendment。
现在还要再签一个新的一年的contract。
我知道我上一个contract肯定underpaid。所以琢磨着趁这个机会negotiate一下rate，
不过怎么跟agent提比较好？

depends on your specific situation, how much bargaining power do you have
with the agent?
不过怎么跟agent提比较好? guess you have GC already (contractor), so no need
to worry much, just tell them you want $XX more per hour before signing the
new contract. don't feel shy or want to keep "fake" harmony with them, hehe,
they suck blood from every minute you work there, if you know their profit
margin, you'll be shocked.
