多,但是要relocation。老板很aggressive,现在到处挖人,但是准备弄个半成品就卖
掉,另外再搞一个公司做其他项目。
主要问题还有老婆工作虽说挺容易找,但是一时半会也只能异地,准备今年要小孩,估
计挺麻烦的。

公司做其他项目", they did not bring anything for you.
Long distance, same salary, an assistant role,relocation, what is this
moving for ?
This startup does not sound have a long term plan, they just need project to
get funding from investors. A aggressive boss also lay off aggressively
when he finds he does not have funding to hire you and you are not the key
role in the team.

外去的公司虽然做的不是核心,但是老板保证可以接触其核心技术,也算是扩展能力的
机会,就是不知道一年左右可以学到几成?

Only funding counts. Economy is going down again as you can see so many lay
offs in this forum. Funding is fatal to a startup and in your case, you have
to invest too much and reward is just "老板保证可以接触其核心技术,也算是扩
展能力的机会".
You have double income now and should consider a stable environment if you
are planning to have a baby. Even 20K 30K salary increase is not worthy in
your case.

startup offers is good enough to make a move.

empty promise. it's better to keep looking until you find a position
significantly better than your current one.

1. What is the job opportunity after your relocation? I means the new place,
do you think the new location would give more opportunity?
2. My rule: Big or small company, it does not matter. 老板always bullshit,
always say postive to get you there, then torture you. Remember: Follow the
money, benefit, and job stable. It looks like the current company is better
vs 2nd offer. The new company 老板 said, he would sell after half finish
prototype...so, would you search job again after the sell-off? I do not like
aggressive boss.
3. Agree with others, forget 2nd job offer, continue to search.
4. Some company has non-official rule "late come first serve" in laid-off...
5. Ask your wife. I do not recommend temp. separation too.
Many company are not in good shape. When moved to new company, probably you
would find the same. If you stay in current company, work hard and try to
contribute more; if not, better to handle resignation letter to boss in
person, no email. Think, at least, you still have a job. Do not let trouble
trouble you, until trouble troubles you.
However, this is my personal comment. Enjoy your life.
