部门的director(我ex-boss) 也名誉上辞职到其它部门去了。原本REPORT 给他的我
和另外个senior 被派到controller的那个组去了。以前director的duty和其他部门跟
spending有关的工都放到我们这department来了。
My main duties are monthly financial ad hoc analysis, maintaining the
forecasting and budgeting model and P&L review.
可能因为本人文静only Asian in the team. 没有入党的关系,被组里老女人盯上了。
原本AP有她跟另外一个parttime,但parttime的也lay了。 这个女的整天在complain
她要做50 HOUR WEEK 的time。too much 还装病 (已经不是第一次了)controller就
叫我有空时帮她一把。然后叫这个女的show给我看她的AP process - scanning
invoice INTO SOME PDF DATABASE. 她两次来找我,都是在我最忙的时侯,还每次都是
4:30 PM的时候了,我说我working in middle of something now, have reports
need to be turn in tomorrow, can we do this tomorrow? 她都表现的很有attitude
. 第二天我一早到她那里去,跟她了解 AP process 她说这process只take 15 min 还
一定要我先scan 好invoice 到pdf database里然后在invoice 上写上这个pdf 的file
name, then she can entered the invoice in system 。我第一句回她说 this
process is not very flexible. I though we are doing this for record keeping
only. I worked as an AP role while I was in college, that company did it for
record keeping only. And invoice scanned as batches as they entered in
Oracle. Then she start to mambling saying I do not like other to take my job
too..blalala... She didn't show me the process instead she said she mess up
something and need to fixed it on her own, she will tell the boss that she
can handle this on her own.
Two weeks later until yesterday, this lady IM me again at 4:30 asking if I
have time to see this process. At first, I respond back saying ..."I thought
you dont need me to work on that process anymore". Then few minuntes later
I walked to her desk, asking when she would like to get those done. I
mention to her that I have a tie reporting time line and lots of reports
need to be reviewed and get done this week. I can tell from her face that
she is really angry - face is dark, she respond back "that's ok, I will stay
late to get it finished, this just add to my 50 hour week." I said, are you
sure? we can do it first thing tomorrow morning." then she said...it is
fine. This morning, I asked if there's anything I can help with..she said
she already done it last night...I said I am sorry XXX...I really have lot
of need to be done this week and need my models to be ready for the budget.
then she said...I thought you have nothing to do!!!!....I was like..OMG you
actually say that? that's not what you think...You must see me playing with
phone yesterday, I done it at my break time only. I have lots needed to be
done and need to get a new model created for the budget....how could you
said that? I hope you didn't say this to our boss...then I walk away.
p.s...she and another senior are friends.I must be on the "watched" list for
a long time.
For such situation, with internal restructuring going on within the company,
with no one supporting on my back...what's the best way to get this
resolved?? Obviously, my new boss doesn't understand the time I've spend to
created these monthly reports and the analysis done on P&Ls. Should I told
my boss about how this person perceived about her job and me? Please
advice.

么,花多少时间,难度有多大。training完后你问下是否可以rotate responsibility
,一周或2周什么的,她们应该就不叫了。哦,还可以适当take vacation,让他们做你

解释说对方估计是看到你玩手机了,其实... 唉,听着有的心虚。我上班也会玩手机,
so what,被同事老板都看到过,人家顶多觉得我在给人发短信而已,只要不是成天拿
个手机玩,又不是什么大事,不用解释,她也不是你老板。
象这样cross training的事,outlook上发个meeting invitation和她事先约好时间就
好了,告诉她这样大家都好安排好手头的工作。 |
