By employment tax I mean Social Security tax and Medicare tax. If you get
paid by W-2, you pay half, the employer pays for the other half employment
tax. If you get paid by 1099, you pay all employment tax.

从而实际rate不到100。当然，我没做过contract，都不清楚。

的，还可能要跟现在工作的公司打招呼，钱再少根本不值得折腾。
如果项目工时多倒可以把rate降点儿。 |

。时间又短，可以直接要求$150/h。记住，这包括你所有的时间，甚至于开车，看书的
时间。你要准备好 Daily Log，详细记录每次工作的起始时间，简单介绍工作内容，用
Excel 格式就好了。
这个Daily Log，将来报税时有用，可以扣除你的开支，比如每mile的开车，可以折抵$
0.50.
