这个全部控制在银行手上，想让他什么时候出来就是什么时候。
很多人不了解，目前的房市实际上是被银行操控的。
4大银行（BofA, WF, Chase, citi)，控制了90%的贷款，和80%
的Inventory。基本上他们想让房价停在什么位置上，就在什么
位置。私人卖房者，和银行的天量inventory比，可以忽略不计。
