bean porridge;herbal tea; one spoon ricotta cheese (first time try - not bad, like yogourt)
AM snack:
coffe and nuts * 6
AM snack 2 (still hungry)
yogourt and frozen blueberry
Lunch:
Luobo Paigu Tang & coffee
PM snack: orange
