我之前不系统的举了一年铁,主要是MACHINE跟FREE WEIGHTS.
后来开始HIIT, 不过都是跟班上CLASS。还有跑步什么的。
现在想试试P90X。。。

我打算先3个月P90X, 然后2个月INSANITY, 方便我8月回国。。
