with them.
came back last night around 10p, cat had watery diarrhea twice, around 11pm
and midnight.
woke up by his diarrhea again around 4:30a and he had watery ones again
twice.
feel so bad for the little guy, what should I do tomorrow morning in terms
of feeding?
should i get pedialyte?

停猫粮，上水煮鸡肉，观察猫咪是否喝水正常，是否有尿，要防止脱水，今天再这么频
繁的拉明天最好看vet。要是今天缓解了，吃2-3天水煮鸡肉调节一下 |

he was out in the yard all day yesterday, maybe he ate something bad, or i
was away for 2 days and back, not sure that would do anything. he tend to
have sensitive stomach, and i did add a couple new flavors of wet food in
the last couple weeks. I couldn't pinpoint a cause of the diarrhea.. |

eat, drink and pee normal, maybe a bit low on energy. seems to sniff more
than usual. poos at normal time, morning and nights, but very runny.
i have been feeding weruva chicken only. he eats a lot.
but i am worried. google seems provide too many ideas in all sorts of places
... |

发帖数: 3412 | 7 very runny poo again this morning, twice, and vomited hairs.
they were raised on a mixture of wet food, not picky eaters, no chronic
diarrhea although poo could be loose at times.
Fed only weruva chicken since sunday.
Haven't gone to the vet, but may have to soon. Usually not a big fan of docs
and meds, try to observe closely and use home remedies but this is not
going well. |

或者肠胃部好，严重的什么情况都可能。
watery状的拉稀在8个月大的家养猫中不常见了，这么拉很可能已经造成猫的脱水状态
，猫的忍耐力很强，你看出他不舒服的时候，都是病的很严重的时候了，赶快带你家猫
去看vet吧 |

拉肚子很容易脱水的，三天不短了，要给婴儿的那种电解质液。
给喂水煮鸡肉，别给罐头了。 |

myself out can't sleep.
no water but 稀 stool.
could be something in food, water, or stuff in the garden.
both cats have loose stool, haven't collected firm stool since sunday night
I came back.
haven't caught the girl poop (she too quiet).
they eat, drink, pee normal and poo at normal hours (morning and nights) and
still running around chasing each other.
i do want a stool sample to be done. will call vet to see if can send stool
sample without sending the cats there.

have appointment in 20minutes.
i am still worried, hate the vets. the stress and just hate to take them to
place they could get sick from other pets... |

stool sample negative, no fever. doc seems unconcerned, gave us some flagyl. |

if anyone else had loose stool incidences experience please share. I dun
think it is internal since both cats have loose stools. |

Haven't given him Flagyl yet, wait till tonite to see.
He took some sips of plain yogurt.
My research says it could be:
bacterial
viral
worm (ruled out from fecal exam, unless false negative)
food allergy
poison
poor guy...
btw, doc says dun give them human food, they won't like. Just give them cat food (he didnt even mention wet).
One of the reasons I dun trust docs, human or cat. I am glad i went though, he did check his ear, mouth, body
in general, took a temperature and looked at his stool, and I am glad the vet thinks he is alright. |

I put in a tiny bit of Real salt (Redmond) as an electrolyte.
Was conflicted about the rice since they are not supposed to eat grains.
But many people seem to swear by it and it does make it easy for human
stomach. Maybe there is something in the rice that actually works, like
Chinese medicine, no scientific explanation. Maybe only burnt rice?
I used pre-cooked white rice to cook the chicken and leave it out after.
Will see what happens tonight. So far he only peed.

发帖数: 6150 | 20 人和猫从消化道的生理构造到各种消化酶都不一样，不能把给人的食疗方子用在猫身上
啊。对猫来说，米饭就是加重他的消化负担。
关于盐，很少一点点应该没什么大问题。但是如果是用来补充电解质的话，还是建议用
配好的电解质液。脱水流失的不光是钠离子，而且补充液体时，浓度也很重要。

I tried adding yogurt and pumpkin in the food and keeping the food simple,
boiled chicken meat or Weruva.
Purchased slippery elm bark and Jarrow brand probiotics.
Still not sure what was the cause, could be one time bad/toxic things he ate
or food intolerance. Could even be mild infection.
