你还真有时间跟偏执狂较劲。
严格说这种视频并不能复制所有unintended acceleration的情况，因为（以我的了解
）有些UA不排除是软件原因。我之所以敢说“至少对于传统换挡杆来说换N档有效”，

是如果遇到收购的话，只可以加速Vest该年度的所有股票。譬如，按照一般4年的
Vesting期限， 从2015年1月1日算起，如果公司在2016年3月被收购，那么2016年3月到
2015年12月31日前的股票可以加速，意味着只能拿到第一和第二年的股份，第三和第四
年就没有了。 按照朋友的说法，因为后两年没有做贡献。 听上去貌似合理，但是仔细
一想，这个Acceleration Schedule是有点矛盾的。 公司自然希望员工能够尽快把工作
做完，但是如果遇到这种Acceleration的方案，还不如慢点做，这样能够拿到的股票更
多。 倘若两年多能做完的事情宁可拖过三年。 听到过的很多公司都是100% 的

周六在Mile Hi跳了AFF-I (Accelerated Free Fall, Level 1). 预报说天气不好,通知
把8：30am的课提前到7：15am. 早上起来一看,Boulder满天乌云;不过到了Longmont就
万里无云了. 早上到的时候, 看见机库里很多experience diver都睡在地板上,飞机下
,为了赶每天的第一趟飞机(load 1). 睡的地方也就是他们叠伞的地方. 高手的背后都
是艰辛的付出阿.
上午是Ground school, 有10个人参加,算比较大的班了,看来大家skydiving的热情还挺
高. 理论课主要包括四部分equipment, free fall, canopy flight和emergency. 一直
上到中午, 期间练习了Parachute land |

traditional layer 7 switch can classify the traffic based on the layer 3/4 and
the application(layer7) header, but not very deep packet inspection, if xml

challenge, right?

1. I heard about compiling matlab m file into execution file that can

2006年Nissan Altima，08年在43k mileage的时候从Nissan dealer那里买的，后面的
维修都是那儿做的。本人宅，开的几乎都是local。这车就长途的开过三次。第一次是
09年11月份长途600 miles，没问题。第二次10年labor day，才开了一个小时的高速，
在高速上，突然油门被锁住了，不能加速，engine service灯亮了，车迅速减速 并停
住，幸亏在出口附近，只能打紧急灯出来。车熄火后再起，只敢在local上慢慢开，去
了Autozone，code是说gas pedal position sensor 和throttle body sensor有问题。
然后local开到dealer去修。长假日结束后，dealer说是gas pedal position sensor脏
了，清理了就没问题了。要了$90. 然后就是local上班，偶尔高速5、6分钟去买菜。第
三次长途是今年independent day，高速开了一个小时，同样的问题。这回运气坏点儿
