据新华网石家庄2013年6月25日电（记者朱峰），王书金强奸杀人案25日9时在
河北省邯郸市中级人民法院开庭审理。由于此案牵扯出19年前聂树斌案“一案两凶”的
疑云，因此备受舆论关注。
2005年1月，河北省广平县人王书金在河南被警方抓获，他供述曾强奸多名妇
女并杀死四人，其中包括一起“1994年石家庄西郊玉米地奸杀案”，而这起案件原本早
已被石家庄警方侦破，“凶手”聂树斌已于1995年被石家庄市中级人民法院以强奸罪和
故意杀人罪执行死刑。
邯郸市中级人民法院2007年曾对王书金案做出一审判决：王书金犯故意杀人罪
和强奸罪被判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身。王书金不服一审判决，提起上诉，主要理由
是“检方未起诉他在石家庄西郊玉米地的一起奸杀案”。河北省高级人民法院依法受理
并曾进行了二审开庭，25日进行的庭审为二审再次开庭。
