2018 年 7 月 13 - 19 日，备受关注的 AI 顶级国际会议 IJCAI 在瑞典斯德哥尔摩举
行。伴随着人工智能技术的逐渐升温，本次大会的规模也创了新高。据统计，IJCAI
2018 总投稿量为 3470 篇（相比去年增加了 37%），最终录取了 710 篇，录取率约为
20.5%。在七篇杰出论文中，华人学者的研究占据四席。
来自中国的研究人员为本届 IJCAI 贡献了主要力量。据大会官方统计，今年的接收论
文中，46％的论文包含来自中国的通讯作者，57％的论文来自亚洲。另外，本次大会注
册参会的人数达到了前所未有的 2500 人。
IJCAI 2018 公布了接收论文的统计分析结果，接收论文：710 篇（21%），其中 58 篇

难道是不敢反对有钱有势的白人，但是欺负黑墨更容易？
MIT和UC系列不legacy，得到的校友捐款也不少。所以说捐款并非legacy的主要因素。
如果认真看过有关legacy的研究和wiki就会知道，legacy中白人多，是因为他们祖先时
代在美国的人数多。那时候排华法案和歧视黑人，亚裔和黑人能入读哈耶普的人数不多
，所以靠legacy的亚裔和黑人不多。
这实际是白人上层为了维持在美国把持议员和法院这些立法机构（美国法律体系中法官
判决也是法律的一部分），世代相传的政策。
所以华裔如果要想扩大影响力，在目前的AA制度下。华裔女生申哈佛（优势比白人女生

前一篇文章，我写得比较有自我限制，基本上全只是Diagnosis（诊断），没有什么
Prognosis（预后）或者Prescription（处方）。这一方面是因为我想中方高层能人辈
出，只要有人指引正确方向，自然能做后续的推理；另一方面是我人还在美国，虽然一
向只用中文发表意见，能够不要太吸引本地恶势力的注意，就尽量避免。
不过这个话题，是有很强的时间性的：孟晚舟的引渡案正在加拿大法院被审查；如果中
方不明白事件背后的道理，那么处置自然失当，不但孟女士会有很大的机会落入敲诈集
