对方的车是Honda Civic，幸好只是bumper，而且撞击速度很慢，只有bumper和车体裂
了个一寸宽、一尺长的裂缝。
车里找不到笔，穿着短裤和汗湿的短袖跑回GYM借笔，找了张纸，写了个note别在雨刷
上。
今天早上接到了电话，要了对方的信箱，发去了保险信息，还推荐了车行。。。一会儿
收到如下回信：

Thank you for leaving the note! It's funny, I went to that very plaza a few
minutes ago to get a quote and they said around $350 to repair... but I just
used my hands to push in the bumper and now it is barely noticeable.

砖房的好处是不用维护。但是美国这边所谓的砖房，也就是木头房子外面贴一层砖头，
所以就房子的结实程度来说，都差不多。aesthetically, 我倒是喜欢砖房。
你们打算生小孩吗？如果没有小孩，地下室也没什么太大的用处。有小孩可能就要有地
下室了。据说可以把家里的玩具都堆在那里。
围栏，装一个也花不了多少钱。

Plus electric energy is one of the few things in US that is regulated (
meaning they can not just spend more money to bury the lines and charge back
to you)
It need to be approved first.

really for excellence in a specific functionality like other sports, you
should build up muscles that are more appealing through lifting in a gym, at
least in theory. However, everyday gym rats are not really bodybuilders.
They are not serious or critical and actually have more problems developing
a balanced out physique for reasons I have stated already.

Asians tend to have thin arm bones and wrist, hence small fore arms; but
thick leg bones, thus big calves.
Caucasians and blacks are exactly the opposite.
that's why u see many big arms + chicken legs. it's just hard for them to
gain big leg muscles. it's genetic.
just a generic observation. and muscle size /= muscle strength, but that's
another topic.

其实单看脸就能看出来。一个人的脸其实就可以反映出他是否一个经常运动，身体健康
的人。
不是经常运动的人，脸部会堆积脂肪，看上去衰老和丑。经常运动的人，脸部脂肪少，
可能也会有皱纹，但是看上去肯定比较Aesthetic。
很多健身论坛上都有健身前后的对比照。有的脸部照片前后一对比，能让你怀疑根本不
是一个人。
大白菜虽然是个QB，玩橄榄球，但不是个典型的运动员。QB本身也不需要怎么运动，自
己肯定也不讲究，所以看上去早衰。
汤哥这张脸跟10年前没啥大的变化，一看就是长期运动注意饮食的结果。汤哥老婆是模
特，健身饮食这方面肯定特讲究。
虽然年龄差不多，但是汤哥是under Armour的代言人，而大白菜只能去当Papa Johns
Pizza的代言人。这两个品牌其实跟这两人的气质都特吻合。 |

偏爱金属，有人喜欢塑料。比如外形是否对你的眼。握着是否舒服。主要是因为可靠性
和准确性，很多现代手枪都能做到了，剩下的就是拼细节了。
从aesthetics和ergonomics的角度来说，SIG都是很出色的。Glock就是简洁耐操，是个
工具，并且仅仅是个工具。你如果是个警察，天天揣一支Glock上街，那没啥问题。如
果只是个爱枪的平民，除了需要有个工具之外，还想时不时地拿出来把玩把玩，欣赏欣
赏，Glock就很难胜任了。 |

总的来讲，FNS40跟SIG比起来并不是一个特别好的选择，因为它太轻，不太适合.40的

垃圾的扳机），但是和Caracal 与 PPQ比起来FNS的扳机非常的gritty. 就bore axis而
言，FNS的设计还是很不错的，远远好于Walther PPQ. 就人机功效而言，FNS还是比较
