年后影响才会变小。所以score跟你与collection agency合作不合作没关系。不过这个
阶段，一般不会聘请collection，直接强制从你的银行账户转钱就可以了。好像不能从
你的socail security 之类的账户里扣。
在没有法官介入之前，只要一方不同意，就是disputed account。任何一方拿不到钱，
都可以聘请collection agency去讨债，只是给collection agency分一部分。
collection agency比一般人有经验，会不择手段，迫使对手就范。你不理或发一封
cease letter,collection agency一点办法没有。这个时候，不可以记入你的credit
history，即使记入,也应是disputed account,不会影响score.否则,你跟我讨一千,我
