现在能完全靠自己去找直接客户的十分罕见，多是摸爬滚打多少年的元老。对于没那么
多经验的人来说最普遍（我没说最好）的办法是依靠agency，虽然挣的少点，经常受剥
削，但毕竟是个较为稳定的客户源。
大家可以去proz.com这类网站去看看，建好profile，勤盯着点儿，有活儿手要快，马
上bid。因为大的agency都有自己的资源库，来这种网站发活儿的一般都是rush, weird
language pairs, or low pay。我有几次节假日实在找不到人干活，就是在这里找到
的vendor，救了我一命，后来变成了很好的合作伙伴。所以说虽然这是一个龙蛇混杂竞
争激烈的地方，但还是可以找到好机会的。
另外一个就是直接给agencies打电话、发简历、网上注册考试等等。google一下浩如烟
