［摘要］美苏关系“缓和”希望破灭后，卡特政府深化美中防务关系，践行“有限武装
扶华”政策，向中国出售军用装备。里根政府认定中国为“友好非盟国”，开始向中国
出售武器，美中防务关系进展迅速。除了“联华制苏”的现实主义功用，里根政府对华
技术转让与军售亦体现了其自由主义的战略思维，成为美国谋求制约中国改革发展，引
导中国“美国化”变革的政策工具。但基于既扶华又控华，既有限支持中国军事现代化
又防止和遏制中国崛起的矛盾心理，里根政府就对华军售制定了相关底线，凸显了美中
防务关系的有限性。美国对华技术转让和军售与中国独立意志之间的内在矛盾决定了美
中防务合作必然终结。
继卡特政府推行“有限武装扶华”政策后，里根政府扩大对华转让军民两用技术并开始
向中国出售武器。除了“联华制苏”的目的，里根政府对华军售亦体现其自由主义的战

大家知道如果有几百块医疗copay没交，会损失多少credit吗？
我们搬家，之前的账单没有收到，然后医院把account交给collection agency了。好几
百块copaycharge的特别不合理。我们在跟医院保险公司商量中。但是collection
agency态度特别不好，简直是rude，都不听我解释，态度让人非常生气，而且说30天直
接送到credit report去。
我credit一直很好，请问如果闹到credit report去了，会大概损失多少分数呢？

屡次申请boa,amazon,khol,target,walmart等的visa卡被拒，今天申costco联盟的
