taxes. It's actually the first time I used an agency to file taxes and
probably will be the last. Based on some recommendations, I went to the
Income Tax Consultants, LLC in Flushing and it was an horrible
experience! Allow me to vent a little and maybe can save you some
trouble in the future.
First, the reception girl had the biggest attitude ever when I first
walked in. I had an appointment at 10:30am, but she said that was sim |

因为国内家里有急事，所以希望能快些拿到美国护照。
网上咨询一番，被告知new york passport agency可以walk in加急护照，如果机票是2
天内的，当天就能拿到护照。早上很早walk in，7点半开门，但一般5点就很长的队了。
我住Bridgewater NJ，驾驶技术一般，而且也怵纽约市内高昂的停车费，所以准备坐火
车进城。
早上最早的一班火车4:39 am开出，到达New York Penn Station已经5:58 am了。
然后换乘地铁1号线到Houston St，网上查到的班次是5分钟一般，6分钟可到。
我从没坐过纽约市的地铁，买票和NJ Train一样么？
地铁1号线New York Penn Station和Houston St一次往返票价多少？
这么算下来，我到达New York Passport Agency大门口最快也要6:15 am了。
这个时候还可以walk in当天拿到护照么？
是不是那里正式开门后就不可以walk in，而必须有预约才可以。
预约的话，我估计要等很多天。

collection agency。今天接到电话才知道。
请教，能否file一个complaint，针对医院两条，一，不能提供详细服务清单；二，在
不知情的情况下bill被转至collection agency。据说很伤信用记录。想让医院给恢复
，可行否？
有几点担心：1.file complaint对医院是否有效；2.不求能赢官司，只求一个解释。但
会不会被医院反告？3.出庭费用是不是很高？很花时间？4.要不要请律师？5.最差会是
什么结果？
