电话 email SR Ombudsman infopass 议员 律师还帮我让AILA催促了。反正闲着也是闲
着嘛。期间在Acceptance一直没变过。

的解释正确，那也就是说EB3也会自动获得EB2位置，反正只要申请人达标就行。请问有
几个EB3没有硕士学位或几年的工作经验，我还是PhD呢。所以我们一样可以推动这样方
向的立法，正反效果（要么升降同样费力，要么升降同样省力，也即是公平）都对我们
有利，只有你们NIW傻眼。
好了，我不会再添楼了。本来也就是问一声有兴趣的，现在都是没兴趣的或搞降级的歪

基本上每周都要去congress man , senator, local office 报道，轮流去，电话写信
什么的更不用说了，
我们当时找了另外一个律师做了aila，没用。
后来也联系张律师事务所，但是他们感觉对这种起诉移民局的案子不感兴趣，而且没有
多少经验，反正我咨询了几次感觉不是很有信心，就没用他们。
后来的这个律师可以准确的说出如果在华盛顿起诉，受理法官的名字，他的判决习惯，
还有移民局律师的名字，这让我们感觉专业的多。

上述两个难题，一直有纷争不已。现在有了答案，还是标案。
移民局在给 AILA （美国移民律师协会）的答复（见 4/2/08 Agenda）中如是说：
1) 如果 AP 在 pending 的时候离境，但是以 H-1, H-4, L-1, L-2, K-3, K-4, V-1,
V-2, or V-3 身份入境，其 AP 申请不认为是放弃；
2) 如果在 AP pending 期间离境，手中尚有未失效的 AP，且在该 AP 有效期内以 AP

。1月20
日得到上次SR的回复，说我的案子到了adjudication offer手里，60天内会有实际行动
。但是，现在60天已过，还是毫无进展，我刚想再做一次SR，但律师刚刚给我发信说，
她看到60天没动静已经又给我做了一个follow up inquiry，并解释说那不是SR，说“
NCSC follow up is the next level in the inquiry process. ”，21天内会得到一
个回复，建议在那之前不要再做SR，否则或许会有副作用反而使案子变慢。
结果律师的NCSC follow up很快（5天）就得到了回复：“Based on your inquiry, we
have reviewed the status of your case and found that it remains under

五晚上才available for pick up，周六早上有人签收了；
现在收到纸质的通知，Received date是following Monday 7月18日，但是我之前OPT过
期日是星期天 7月17日；
脑子有点乱，初步的想法：
1）明天找学校谈一下，看学校怎么说
2）有没有亲自经历过错过一两天deadline最后被approve了？我只搜到过因为一两天被
拒的:(
3) 约了周五的infopass，虽然我也不知道他们能帮忙做什么？有人用过吗？
4）等USCIS 两三个月后给我deny notice的时候，我连目前的OPT的 gracious period
都要用完了，是不是瞬间变黑户了？
5）逼婚来得及吗。。
可以argue的点：
1）邮局delay
2）公司983表格花费了大量时间，新事物，公司是gov，很谨慎
3）deadline是周日，能否顺延一天
大家帮忙看看站得住脚吗？我会找律师的，但是不知道律师什么时候介入比较合适？

际是所有使用填写的表格并没有过期，除了G-1145（该表09/30/2016过期，USCIS官网
却一直没有更新）

所以为了避免不必要的麻烦大家最好不用附上G-1145，说实话G-1145也没什么用，140
的时候就没收到过任何短信或邮件，想要知道485是否被接收了看支票什么时候存就是
了，mail receipt最近好像很慢，要一个月左右，到有了receipt number再添加到
myUSCIS呗

One does not abandon their H status when extending, only when changing
status. Thus, you may leave and reenter on the advance parole. Once the H is
approved after you return, you will revert back to H again. If the H is
approved while you are gone or before you will need to make the decision to

would barely clear 2006. However here are some positives from this year.
1) EB2 ROW has lower backlog.
2) Perm process became really quick in 2010 and that year saw approvals for
