10月底脚踝扭伤后就没能认真锻炼,当时没有经验,居然听一个蒙古大夫的指导当天晚
上揉了半天,后来才知道应该冰敷,1月初又再次扭伤,直到最近才接近完全康复。期
间看过专科医生,有一套自己在家做的康复练习,拿出来和大家分享一下,以备后患。
。。
btw,冰敷在脚踝受伤后的头10天内,效果显著,10天以后,意义就不大了,医生语。
我先码文字,图在最后。

gotcha. 刚才又想了一下,觉得我原来那个快干衣那么大,里面可以套羊毛衫啊啥的,
那个防水防
风的外套也许就不用了? 不过也许可以带上以防万一。
原来是knee pad和头灯最贵啊,还好这些都不用我们自己买,呵呵。原来sign up交的
那个70块钱
是干这个用的,加上开车去的汽油钱,还有不用自己开车,还有人当向导,这这么想来
觉得还是挺划
算的。
刚才又试了一遍两个boots,发现其实那个brahma的似乎对ankle的支持还要好一点点,
因为它的
ankle要高一点,加上领队都已经对我说了walmart的就可以了,所以打算留那个brahma
的,把
timberland退掉,又省一笔。哈哈。
快干裤我除了那个专门的hiking的快干裤,还买了个adidas的running training用的,
似乎也
是那种滑不溜秋的材质,稍微硬一些,看起来比那个专门的快干裤要好看一点,不知道
是不是应该留
这个adidas,把那个hiking的退掉呢?
领队还让带全套的干衣服,这个倒是比较容易准备的。
手套在walmart diy的那个地方卖刀子的旁边买了一副木工用的,看起来很结实,应该

Unfortunately, after steroid shot, the ankle still has some nagging problem,
which does not hurt for normal walking but prevent me from exercising to a
certain level.
I probably have to have a small surgery in the late June or July because one
of the ankle bone protrudes too much that it cause constant friction with
the tendon and the bone itself has some mini-fracture because of that.
After the surgery, it takes 3 weeks for stablization, then 3 months for PT
rehabitation. So basically 2007 will

have a weak ankle and a sprained ankle may cost me more than a week to

It sounds like you've got a sprained ankle, which is quite common in hikers
and trail runners. Wearing high-topped hiking boots or ankle braces may be
your temporary solution. Also make sure to bring a hiking pole on your trip.

Around the lake 24 hour ultra.
The race started 7pm last night. I would cover the first 50 miles in less
than 9 hours with ease. At the time 100 miles felt like a piece of cake in
24 hours, and I was easily on pace to 120. But my right ankle started to get
real sore in the front. I couldn't flex my ankle and it was extremely
painful to land on my heels. So I ran short choppy strides on my forefoot
and midfoot. But then even that hurt real bad, on hard surface at least. So
I tried to run on grass

I had sore ankle at the end of my 50-miler as well, but it wasn't nearly
this bad. And when I get ankle pain before, it was always near the end of
the race and I could just tough it out. This time, I still got more than 11
hours to go -- that was just impossible.

I've had worse ankle injuries before (on the other foot, actually). I know there isn't any ruptured tendon
or anything like that, just a very bad inflammation. My right foot is
swollen like a baby's foot, and I cannot flex my ankle to less than 90
degree. But I can walk just fine on forefoot now. I'll be staying at home
for a couple days, no extended walking.

It was some kind of inflammation of AT, but probably not Achilles tendonitis
. It's above the ankle and below
the calf. The soreness starts at the bottom of my calf, and eventually moves
down to just above the ankle. The
AT tightens and the pain is dull and not sharp. There is pain when I press
down the back of my leg below the
calf, but not so much from just standing on my toes.

The snapping sound in your ankles might be your tendons caught on some bones
, not sure if it's harmful, but it's cautious to supplement your running
with some strengthening exercise, you could be prone to injuries. I have

When I first used SS4 to run a VO2max followed by a medium long, I felt
great with its performance. However, my right ankle was slightly injured
after these two days. I switched back to my old Gel-pulse last weekend,
finished the long runs and easy ones, and ran with SS4 this week. My ankle
is OK now, after a 20 miler with SS4.

No problem. I actually started running 10 year ago after the high ankle
sprain stopped me playing soccer. That ankle forever have to wear the
protection to play soccer again, but never hurts when running. Running's
movement is one dimensional, won't twist it or them.

I sprained my ankle severely while playing soccer in 2007, and was out of
running for three months. My ankle was blue and purple for two weeks, and I
was on crutches. I thought I might never be able to run again. In fact, I
would only become a more serious runner after I recovered from that incident.

while I was warming on the trail this morning, I almost sprained my ankle.
Actually I did sprain my ankle, and it hurt like crap for a second, but
luckily it wasn't serious. I was literally one inch away from getting taken
out of running for a month. To think about the prospect that months of
training could be undone because I wasn't looking for one second, well, it
just makes me appreciate the fact that I'm still up running.

When I arrived at May Queen station, the pain in my left shin became fully
blown. It hurt to walk a step. FFF was waiting for me. I sat down on a chair

是我昨天建议獭獭去看医生的。但是我没有具体告诉她为什么给她这个建议。现在我来
说说,也供对这个帖子有兴趣的人参考。
1) 我的一个朋友,右脚踝关节一向比较weak,经常容易崴脚。大约2个月前,他不小
心摔了一下,又崴了一次脚,当时肿起来了,不过后来通过冰敷和泡冷水消肿,慢慢也
就这样了。因为当时在印度出差,也没有去医院看。可是2个月后,他上下台阶的时候
,关节都会疼痛。终于,他去了我们这里医院的walk-in physio-clinic。
physiotherapy看了以后就说是ligament的永久性损伤,而这个损伤是在他十几岁时,
第一次严重崴脚的时候造成的。人小的时候恢复的都快,他也就没去看医生。可是现在
,他要想完全恢复必须要做手术,但是手术并不能完全保证恢复。另外一个方案就是
live with it,做一些相应的rehab缓解症状,但是要时时担心再崴脚。
2) 我们系一个教授的老婆,去年年底下雪的时候摔了一下,当时也是腿有点儿肿,而
且又处于圣诞,她也就没当回事儿,照样走动甚至跑步(对,她一直都坚持跑步的,跑

我的ankle一直很紧,总是用屈膝来把重心往前送,造成的问题就是用quad支持上身,
屁股往后厥。以前一直强调shin pressure,但是经常忽略的一点是heel pressure。应
该shin和heel同时感受到pressure才是对的。要把ankle放松,把胯往前送,上身跟上

謝謝! 同學你不要怪我口氣不好! 因為我真的是被這個版上的一些人惹毛了! 有些
人你想躲他們躲得遠遠的 ... 但是他們卻像無賴一樣一直過來惹你! 我不知道這是滑
雪版讓大家討論滑雪的還是讓一小撮無知無賴在這裡找人麻煩找人吵架?!
關於我所提到的 "踝關節沒有 flex/extend 所以造成跨關節(上身)下壓動作過多" -
滑雪時三個主要關節(ankles, knees, hips)要同步配合伸縮 ... 樓主的問題必須先
check 是否 boots 太硬或者扣太緊 ... 如果不是的話 - 就是動作的問題了! 因為
knees 是在另兩個關節的中間點 - 所以是最重要的一環!
你可以練習以下動作: 原地等 lift 時 - 沒事將 knees 向前推 (rocking) 並且保持
上身的角度不變 ... 當 knees 向前推進時 - ankles 與 hips 也就會同步伸縮了!
滑雪時也應該用這方式伸縮 - 就不會有上半身下壓過度的問題出現了!
同學以後若有其它問題可以 PM 我 或者 過去我那裏長註地發問討論! 我不再主動在
這個版上幫忙同學做動作分析了!

1. too much tip lead导致你的小腿和ski几乎是垂直的.没有足够的ankle flex to
load the tip of the inside ski.
2. Back Seat: 有后座的现象
3. Your inside hand drops behind. It should lead the turn.
4. Slight upbody rotation.
你仔细看一下你贴的3个视屏,仔细看他们inside pole and inside arm position:
move your inside arm and pole forward to lead the turn. 再仔细看一下他们

入门的时候两腿分开的比较厉害,后来滑carving板也是分开的,觉得很舒服。后来开
始下蘑菇了,专门用了半个雪季练习并板,现在carving也并着板滑了。 某次和大牛一
路,被批板并太紧了,想要再改回来,又要好久了。 另外一个小细节,你们聊的时候
知道是并腿和并板是同时的,但对于新手而言,这俩是不一样的,主动并腿并不能带来
并板的效果,反而是个很难看的动作。当你们聊并腿的时候,其实聊的是并板。
至于站姿,大牛的教导是:ankle flex。 我过去的滑法是心里告诉自己重心向前,但
总是逐渐的,重心开始落后。我对ankle flex的理解是,脚往屁股/身后的方向收。这
个时候的感觉是,完全自然压住shin(过去我是主动靠腿压shin,现在完全是收脚就压
住),觉得板子压在身下(过去是感觉坐在板子上)。在雪粘的时候,这个动作还会把
你的速度降下来。
至于说一腿弯一腿直,你的重心还是略靠身体了,应该再往外压,但陡坡、快速,这真
心容易飞。在小坡上练吧,如果你觉得没难度,就加快速度把重心放出去。你看楼上的
视频ligety的重心在哪儿,朝那个方向努力吧。
