现在回学校了想再复查下，学校的health center 有个预约系统，可是不知到应该选那
项啊....
要 select reason code，然后选项有
abdominal pain / allergies / ankle,foot pain or injuries 后面还有好多，可
是没找到 liver 相关的...
是不是要选 statement of good health? 那会不会检查很多内容？ 虽然有医保，
不过不知道是不是100% cover,所以不想做不必要的检查.
然后还有一栏是 elaborate below, 如果想说就检查肝功能的话，应该怎么说呢？

不是指一般意义上的 good flexibility）这枚硬币的另一面常常是 super weak joint，
需要 more muscular support on joint。。。
哥们我再问你一句你知不知道 super fast-switching muscle 的另一面常常是可能
造成对心脏和踝关节的巨大压力。。。而在保护踝关节方面，体制内田径队大部分通常
型跑步训练要么穿普通跑鞋，通常型跑步训练时一定要穿钉鞋（高年级）也是尽可能是只
有四个钉子并且是前后全保护的 cross-country spike，因为要保护 ankle（踝关节）
，毕竟娃还在成长。。。
当然世界上也许有万分之一的天才娃啥都强大，但大部分就是普通娃，也就是哪边好但
哪边差的区别。。。
另外对于挑战极限？。。。健身体育都没学完的挑战个屁极限？County 都出不了线的
挑战个球极限？。。。当然如果是 County 出线进入州级竞赛的，那俺从来也没反对过

软的。花样滑冰因为要做很多各种各样的动作，所以要求有很好的ankle support，就
是即使是初学者穿鞋也不能老歪着。我们家的刚学滑冰时，教练专门检查了鞋，头一次
买的不合格，又回去买了一次，说的就是两点，1. 刀不够好，2. 鞋帮没有支持，不够硬

年应该是内科fellowship的年限。但是同一医院的骨科fellowship（分得很细，像foot
