the way is that iron is for accuracy, woods and driver are for distance.
male pro hit 8i further, longer hitter in pro hit 170 yards range,
saw tiger hit 8i several times, high shot to 170 yards (masters), low punch
shot to 190 - 200 yards (#18 players championship).
seems that lots of player like to play 8i, sticker hit 8i on final playoff

and bought one
called tour edge, the store staff touted it as the fastest longest fairway
i asked the guy and let me do a test, the launch monitor did show amazing
results
108.4m clubhead spd, and 152mph ball spd, i cut the ball, launch only 9*.
otherwise would get 160mph ball spd out of that thing

many endorsements. sure you can be a bad boy, but do you see bad boys
having so many endorsements? look at the athelets in ads these days, they
are payton manning, roger federer like people. this is why you always see
manning but never see brady. I'm sure his sponsors are having a hell of a
hard time deciding what to do at this point.

don't know how pro could carry 5iron 200 yard. when they hit 5iron to 200,
they hit 3iron to 230 -240 range...
last week play course(cold morning and wet condition), tried 3iron and hyrid
5 alternatively for distance 180-200:
186 yard par 3, 3iron on front portion of green;
200 yard par3, 3iron about 20yard short of green;
another 180 yard uphill approach, hybrid 5 on front fringe;
another 180 yard uphil |

到100个俯卧撑的绝对可以作30+的pull up。这类人里面可能只有1%是女性，而且99%的
可能性是professional athelete。

paleo diet也有专门的paleo for atheletes，里面包括了很多vege and fruits，不过
比较强调吃的时机，大概跟nutrient timing里面提的差不多，都是运动前后。 |

到现在有一个月了。每周三次Training做重量训练，一次25分钟左右，接下来做30分钟
Cardio。因为小娃才11个月，剩下四天大概争取2-3天每天做郑多燕一套（半个小时左
右）。体重从153磅下降到147.5磅（都是前两周减的），维持有2个星期左右没有变化
了。从第二周开始计算卡路里，每天大概吃1300-1400卡，偶尔（周末腐败:P）会爆一
次。
问题：
1.我的PT好像没有根据我的情况customize训练计划，因为好几次他都是跟我一起做同
样的动作，只是重量不同，这样好吗？我是不是应该跟他提要求？当然我自己的确是哪
里都胖，哪里都需要减。
2.每次重量训练PT都是比较push，喜欢给我上比我能力高一级的重量。比如我如果能做
30磅的，他会加到45磅，或者我能做15个，他会加到20个。有一次他提到他是按
Athelet的要求来要求我的。好几次动作我实在做不了，基本上都是他在旁边扶着器械
帮我完成的。这样对吗？还是我应该要求他按我的实际能力来做。

effectiveness, or you can kick or elbow. many fighters use low kick to the
thigh. said there are some 穴 to be hit, to hamper opponents mobility. but
you know how hard it is to hit target using feet or elbow. plus fighter

is just a TE. a great TE granted, but not a WR after all.

一次（by the way,我电视机前面都看出来了...教练居然没有布防...)本来第一个受害
者应该是小绿人的。我年初算计小绿人8-4，其中一场就应该是NWU.可是没想到MD居然
心脏病...我恨...导致了wisc和我密的败北.anyway.
我对西北的评价是
队员天赋一般。但是well coached
具体到进攻，就是进攻的手段丰富多彩。西北2000左右的时候，去了两次玫瑰碗。那个
时候的西北进攻及其猛烈。经常跟Michigan对着码40多分。然后码死我密。要知道那个
时代的michigan可是防守大户。动辄前10的防守。可惜那个牛鼻教练。心脏病去世了。
（联想到bo...足球教练真不是人干的。人家争着几百万，不是白给的）。后来down了
两年。这个新教练以前西北的LB.回来执教。第一年就被msu给upset了。最后搞了一个
FBS历史上最大的come back.这个教练针对西北天赋不足，就战术补齐的原则，搞了跟
